We are a small, modern and comfortable guest house in the center of Stuttgart.
Our house is centrally located. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need and in less than 5 minutes you are on the Königsstrasse, Stuttgart’s shopping mile.
We offer comfortable single and double rooms, each with its own bathroom, TV, telephone and free WIFI.
We are pleased to be able to offer you a good breakfast at our buffet every day.

Parking Space
The guesthouse does not have its own parking spaces, but you are welcome to briefly stop and check in within the designated loading zones upon arrival.
A Park & Ride facility with very reasonable rates is available in Degerloch. Please enter the address “Löffelstraße 43, 70597 Stuttgart” into your navigation system. This parking garage is located in Degerloch directly next to the CMS Tower on the B 27. The Park & Ride system is very convenient: The parking ticket is valid not only for parking but also for unlimited travel on VVS public transport in 2nd class within fare zone 1 (Stuttgart city center). From there, you can take the U5, U6, or U12 subway lines to the Olgaeck station in just a few minutes.
Public parking (fees apply) is available nearby. If you cannot find a free space, there is also the Züblin parking garage (please enter Lazarettstraße 5, 70182 Stuttgart into your navigation system). The Züblin parking garage is approximately 700-900 meters from the guesthouse.
There is also a public parking garage in the nearby Justice District at the State Library (please enter Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 10, 70173 Stuttgart into your navigation system). This parking garage is approximately 650 meters from the guesthouse.
